Mr. Langholz focuses on Criminal Law and Family Law matters. He
has been practicing Criminal law and Family law in Ohio since 2011 and has
experience litigating complex cases in courts throughout Ohio.
Mr. Langholz
graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2011 and was a member
of the University of Toledo College of Law Moot Court Team from 2009-2011 where
he received the Order of the Barrister.
After passing the bar in 2011, Mr. Langholz opened his own
general practice. During his years as a solo practitioner, Mr. Langholz’s
ability to keep his clients' interests at heart earned him a loyal client base.
During that time, he became adept at all aspects of litigation, including
drafting numerous motions in the various Municipal Courts, Courts of Common
Pleas, and Probate Courts of Northeast Ohio, as well as negotiating settlements
and running trials.
Mr. Langholz has carried a number of trials to verdict and negotiated
settlements or dismissals in many other cases. He is experienced in numerous
types of cases including: Domestic Violence, Possession of Drugs, Sexual
Misconduct with a Minor, OVIs, Driving Under Suspension, Aggravated Robbery,
and Aggravated Burglary.
Chris has also gained experience in handling Divorce, Child
Custody, Child Support, adoption and other Family law matters.
Mr. Langholz is currently a member in good standing of the Ohio
State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metro Bar Association.
